I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen it done for any metroid, even the ones from the games, but with the mandibles moving so much it looks like the jelly should stretch out with them a bit.

Looking good, though I’m fairly certain that the inner teeth are much smaller and closer together. At least, they were in prime, not sure what your going for on look totally.
I do like though. Colors are spot on.
im still toying with everything, i’ll see if the teeth look better that way
also screwing around with the gamma’s shell, lot of surface to work with, lots of experimenting i can do

ones got an under coating of slime as well as the stringy
plus the smallest cocoon shell, both currently without hatching sequence
I don’t think they’re bad.
