Color the lineart

You’re in luck, I like restrictions
I’ll go work on C64 Samus.
Can I work in hi-res C64?

It would be impossible to display on a real C64 but I don’t care. Do it.

Meh. For the next lineart :stuck_out_tongue:
Here’s my progress on the c64 Samus:

Yes, and the actual sprite was black and white, although the colored screen made it appear green.

That’s like saying a white piece of paper is red when you put it under a red light - it’s not really red, although it appears that way.

The difference is that a sprite isn’t an actual material object with objective color. A sprite is the color that its intended screen shows it to be. Since the sprite only ever appeared in that color, I think it’s safe to say that that was its color…

I’m gonna do one of these, but after I finish up other stuff. I can’t wait though

Tim…
That…
Just…

Oh, and I have a really nice idea for the next piece to do.

Well, it was a gaming company that went bankrupt, but now they sell super computers that make Alien Ware look like toys.

i lol’d

But the Gameboy Pocket had a better display that had no green in it. Only black, white and two shades of grey.

Did anyone finish their image/images?

Here is the lineart for the cobra image i posted earlier.
There is no version without the wide pixels so you’ll have to live with that.
But you can use whatever colors and restrictions you like.

Thread died.

For those that want limitations: Use only the default MS Paint colors.

Edit: Image fixed

That sounds cool. Very good lineart
You did do it, didn’t you? Is it based off a sketch of yours?

Nope, I didn’t do it… :frowning:

lol.
