rustyslacker’s epic failure
rustyslacker, a disgruntled global moderator tried to hack the SS Free and hold it hostage and said the only way he would give it back is if he could be an admin. His actions resulted in him getting Brommed and the term “rustyslackered” was coined. rustyslacker also had his old forum shutdown by the United Forum Defense Association, however he moved his forum to a new URL.

Trollz moves
On August 31, 2008, Trollz, a small gaming forum moves to a new URL since rustyslacker hacked the old one.

Usul forums
The official Usul forums go down temporarily.

After a chain of repetitious spam topics, the link to a porn website in this post (now removed) finally brings down the banhammer.

This also makes me realize that we really need to set up a new warning system, to at least warn people when they make any sort of offense.

This topic will remain open, though. Why not talk about the history of the Internet? Sounds interesting.

I love that the offending phrase contained the word “banned”. You’d think he’d think twice.

Anyway… most of those aren’t true. Firefox never has been “the most popular”. WoW isn’t banned in China, last I checked, fake, Communist, porn-linking, or otherwise. The hilarious inside joke about the SS Free being popular or people caring about it I’ll overlook, though it would be nice to place the actual most popular community on there… the name of which I forgot. Whoops.

And the things that are true on there are insignificant blips in cyberspace. I don’t think “rustyslackered” really earned its place here.

EDIT: 2channel is the largest community.

Hooray, he isn’t coming back

But yeah, I think that was a history of his internet, not the same as everyone else’s <_<

Yeah…maybe I should ban him from my forums as well.

Well, considering he basically did a copy-paste job of all the topics he posted here (and I’m assuming other places as well), I would ban him. It’s only a matter of time before he decides to post something inappropriate on your forums.

Its so much fun to have power.
450 posts.>
