i have a .rar with a starcraft map i want ppl to download, but i dont know how… help would be appreciated 
Just get yourself a free homepage that offers a couple of hundred Megabytes or so. Then upload the file there.
Freeservers offers 50 Mb. That would be enough for a Starcraft map.
