On the old nintendo.com site, they had a section for Metroid Prime art, including two awesome concept sketches of space pirates (a trooper and an Elite, presumably) with a design unlike anything in the final game. They looked like more bestial versions of Super’s, and a modified version of the trooper’s art was included in the game’s instruction manual.
I want to use those pictures for a few things, but… the site no longer even acknowledges Prime’s existence. It only mentions Corruption, Hunters, and Pinball. MDB doesn’t have them, and I have no idea where else to look.
Anyone here happen to have them? :3
Edit: Deetroid in IRC had them, but they have ugly watermarks. It’s these two:
