As I said in the other topic, less mini-modding please. Chester’s post, even if short and with atrocious spelling, was on-topic and acceptable. The title of the fangame is Metroid Prime Chaos, so he was suggesting that there be the “Chaos Beam” as a weapon. It was only a 9-day bump, which is fine, and there aren’t any rules against suggesting something for a fangame that happens to be dead. Of course, you can correct him and say that the fangame is dead and he didn’t need to post that and he should’ve noticed that and the idea is stupid etc., but you can’t say he broke forum rules here.
