I heard something about a movie of metroid, is it true ???

And if its true, does anyone knows whats gonna be in the movie ??

There was another topic on a Metroid movie, but it seems to have been buried… And if there is a movie, it had better be computer generated…

well, my friend(who doesn’t even like metroid) found at imdb.com an article about the mvie that says,
“Based on the hit video game, the story follows the origin of the bounty hunter, Samus Aran, and her adventures battling the insidious life-sucking metroids and their controlling force, mother brain”
i can tell you now, i KNOW the mother brain doesn’t control them

I think the idea of a Metroid Movie was rather stupid anyways.
I meen wouldnt it be boring watching Samus kill monsters walking threw
a cave backtracking every few minutes?

you know, it probably won’t be THAT similar to the game… i mean, its what at least a 10hr game(i never beat it) and they can’t cram that into the 2-3 hrs that this movie will likely be

The movie didnt get cancelled. At least I dont thinks so. I research this video game movie stuff really thouroghly and from what i know its still on. Btw anyone hear about the doom movie???

i have… my friend loves doom 3. anyway they say its not about an invasion from hell like the game(might cause some contraversies) but its like resident evil and the people get some virus and get all mutated…
