Post the error message here and we might be able to help more. Be sure you’re taking the executable and its files out of the zip folder first, though. >_>

I believe it’s your DirectX version. P2D was built using GameMaker 6, and if you have lower than the required DirectX, it delivers an error message complaining of a missing DLL. Update to DirectX 8.1 or higher if you can.
