I fail to see a problem. It just looks funny.
You think a graphical glitch is trivial? The whole focus on vista/win7 was making the OS more visually appealing… a visual eyesore like that ruins the whole effect.
Unless, of course, the effect was caused by the user, such as dragging a window edge so close to the other that nothing is visible… Even so, vista has a failsafe against that… it stops at a certain point
Heck, that can’t even happen on my mac.
Try it with Chrome. 
Only window that I can get to do that, and it works on every install.
It doesn’t work on the school comps here, and we have XP.
