Night terros are the freakiest things I have ever expeirenced. It always happens when I lie on my back. I start see these weird things in front of my eyes, surrounding the room. I try to move, but I am totally paralysed. I can only move my eyes. Then when I want to stop this, I feel dragging on the left side of my face, then I get out of my paralisys when everything is gone. Other times, its happens when I am inbetween dreaming and waking when I am lying on my back.
Thats sleep paralysis. I know someone who had it too
