Sure. It costs. I pay 33% of my income in taxes but I never pay if I get hurt and need to be operated on. I don’t pay for my insulin or anything either. I think we have the worlds highest taxes in Sweden but we have like the worlds best healthcare too.
It is almost free for us to go to the dentist too.
