It’s homeworld is Tallon IV. And it is just the essence,(that used to be a metroid but was hit with a crapload of phazon) In a shell thing that it got from killing something else.

If it were a Metroid, in the description of Metroid Prime, how come it says, “a highly evolved lifeform”? Shouldn’t it say “A highly evolved Metroid organism”, or something?
In metroid prime, when you scan it it strictly says that TALLON IV is it’s homeworld, and TDJ’s MP picture looks nothing like him. Is that Mother Brain on it’s face? 
Because it doesn’t need to, It’s name is METROID Prime.
