For whatever reason, I thought the two sides of whatever you call that top sack-like part of his head bulged up slightly, making a sorta brain-like shape, but no… it’s pretty much more or less circular. Y’know, left and right of the part that looks… eh… hard, I guess?

You really never noticed the eye thing? That was the first thing I noticed about that guy.
Anyway, my point was, they are both ugly as hell. And they both only have one visible eye in the game.
