I love the background, but you could do more work on the tiles, they look pretty flat, even if the purpose is to remind the original Metroid. I want to see more progress!

that pillar being added messes with the zoomer a bit, but other than that, awesome work.
And I want to see that Samus sheeted.
The grass seems too green in comparison with the other tiles. Just like you did with the ceiling, why not try giving the ground a little variety? Anyway, I’m looking forward to the end result!

That’s better! A suggestion: not sure if it’d work, but what if you put in some green in the ground and wall tiles? I don’t know if it’ll integrate better but give it a try
