From what I think you mean, the answer is probably no.
You mean like playing PictoChat, MPH: First Hunt, and other such multiplayer software that doesn’t make use of Wi-Fi, over Wi-Fi? Then no.
Unless you’re using some sort of crazy edited homebrew-ish copy that probably won’t exist. But I don’t know anything about that.

Well, it IS possible, through hacking. But why would somebody do something like that? >_>
